Our Refund Policy

This refund policy was last updated on April 13th, 2024. This policy generally applies to all Thryving customers. For specific inquiries, please contact yourstrulythryving@gmail.com.

Refund time

After a Thryving product has been delivered to the customer's house, the customer has seven business days to request a refund. After seven days, the refund policy will no longer be valid.

Refund Reasons

Order Cancellation

the customer may file to cancel their order before it has been dispatched by the warehouse. The order may not be cancelled once the product has been processed by the warehouse.

Lost in Transit

If the customer's order has been lost during transit, please reach out to us at yourstrulythryving@gmail.com, and a customer support agent will be glad to work with the customer.

Untimely Delivery

If the customer's order has not been delivered within thirty days, please reach out to us at yourstrulythryving@gmail.com, and a customer support agent will be glad to work with the customer. Not all products qualify for this.

Delivery Disputes

If the order is marked as delivered, but the customer have not received it, please contact the customer's last-mile carrier and report the issue. Provide proof of this with an email to yourstrulythryving@gmail.com, and a customer support agent will be glad to work with the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the customer receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us at yourstrulythryving@gmail.com within seven business days of delivering the product. the customer's email must include the following information:

  • Photographs or videos of product showing the specified issue
  • A photograph or video of the shipping slip
  • A photograph or video of the barcode

We will not be able to refund the customer's order if the customer do not provide the information above.

For Destroyed, Severely Damaged, or Incorrect Items

The customer will receive a full refund.

For Partially Damaged Products

Depending on how severe the damage is, the products will either be or not be granted a refund. Instances of no refund include minor scratches or deformations, as it is unclear whether or not this is due to Thryving's shipping.

Force Majeure

Thryving is not liable for any shipping delay, product damage, or failure, for reasons including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental actions, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, epidemic, or any other similar events.

Unacceptable Disputes

Thryving will not provide refunds for the following reasons:

  • The customer refuses to accept the package delivery for no reason
  • The customer has ordered the wrong item
  • The customer provided the wrong delivery address
  • The customer's phone number was missing
  • Lengthy product processing time
